Translation Business Systems Japan
In January 2014 TBSJ launched interpreting services. Our initial team is small compared to our competitors, but includes interpreters who work at the highest level of the industry such as at G8 and United Nations conferences. We also have several highly experienced deposition interpreters.
Transparency – Clients have access to interpreter profiles and can know exactly who they will be working with before every job.
Direct communication – Proper preparation is critical, and sometimes requires direct communication between clients and interpreters in the final days before actual work starts. TBSJ does not have any policy preventing direct contact between clients and interpreters.
We do not have a policy of two interpreters at the minimum for full-day jobs – TBSJ advises on the number of interpreters needed on a case-by-case basis.
